4 Ways to Translate Web Pages & Websites With Accuracy

Being able to understand multiple languages is an impressive trait to have. But it is as quite challenging to master it as well. There are thousands of languages in which people communicate and surprisingly consume content, which is not every time English. So, in this post, I will be listing ways to translate web pages faster and without any hassle.

1. Translate Websites into Multiple Languages Easily

Despite being a Google service, it doesn’t come pre-loaded with the web browser. However, being a staple Google service you can expect it to be good enough and have a vast database as a pillar. There are over 100 languages to translate from and here is how you can add the Google Translate extension to your browser and use it further,

Step 1. Add Google Translate extension either to Chrome or Chromium-based browser.
Step 2. Now, to use it just click and select the language you wish to translate the web page into.

2. Translate Specific Content

This is probably the most used version to use the translation service in the internet world. It is the web-based version of Google Translate and it tends to detect almost any language and instantly translate it to your desired language.

However, you must copy and paste the particular text to the slot and translate it further. It won’t translate the whole webpage within a click as the extension does. Here is how it works,

Step 1. Search for Google Translate directly on the search bar.
Step 2. Now, copy the content you want to translate and paste it.
Step 3. Select the language you want it in and you are done.

This can provide the service without downloading any extensions or files.Only translates the text i.e. copied to the clipboard.
Easily accessible and accurate enough.

3. Translate Using Browser’s Language Settings

This setting allows users to translate the website to and from various languages. Most of the browsers in the market have the option to auto-translate the webpage. This method is about the Chrome and Chromium-based browsers and here’s how you can do it,

Step 1. Open any browser, be it Chrome.
Step 2. Now, go on to the Settings options in the particular browser.
Step 3. Look for Language settings or just search for it.
Step 4. Then, select the Preferred Language, that you want the webpages in.
Step 5. Add the specific language and you are done.
(The steps for Chrome/Chromium-based and Edge browser are identical.)

These above steps can be followed to change the preferred language in your Smartphone’s browser i.e. Chrome/Chromium-based ones. You can also select the browser’s language from the Language Settings in the browser from your smartphone.
