There you will see File Shredder in the list.

After clicking on it, you will see a popup window. You have to select the file or folder you want to delete permanently there and you can also customize the number of times you want to repeat the operation.

You can select the whole Drive for this process as well. But it will clear up the whole drive, so it is not recommended not to try it.
